We offer our customers the choice to order their greeting cards with or without a cello bag. Cards can come unbagged or with a translucent band as an alternative to a cello bag. Please make your selection for 'cellos' or 'bands' at checkout.

Our orders are usually processed within 1-2 days and posted using next-day delivery.

Payments on all UK orders are due 30 days from the invoice date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling.

Louise Tiler has a £50 minimum order value on all orders (excluding VAT and delivery costs).

Trade orders for delivery in mainland UK and Northern Ireland (between £50-£150) will be subject to an £11.50 shipping charge (this price includes VAT). Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) will include free shipping.

We have agents across the country. If you prefer to order through an agent please email us contact@louisetiler.co.uk with your shop name and address and we'll put you in contact with the agent who supplies your area.

We don't ship internationally through our website, however please contact us for details of our international distributors.
