Terms

- All prices are in pounds sterling and are exclusive of VAT (20%).

- All UK customers can purchase trade orders through the website but please contact Louise Tiler Designs directly for international deliveries using the customer 'International' contact section of the website.

- Louise Tiler has a £50 minimum order value on all orders (excluding VAT and delivery costs).

Payment

- International deliveries are to be paid prior to dispatch on a pro forma basis.

- Payments on all UK orders are due 30 days from the invoice date. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling.

UK Shipping

- Orders will usually be shipped by courier within 2-5 working days. Some shipments will require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware if you place a order for any cards or stationery that are out of stock you will be notified and given a estimated delivery date. If no one is available to sign for a shipped parcel it is the buyers responsibility to arrange a collection from a depot.

- Trade orders for delivery in mainland UK and Northern Ireland (between £50-£100) will be subject to a £6.50 shipping charge (this price includes VAT). Orders over
£100 (excluding VAT) will include free shipping.

- For international orders please contact Louise Tiler with your order and a delivery quote will be given.

Refunds

- If any product arrives faulty, you must notify Louise Tiler Designs within 2 working days of receipt of your order. Please see our contact details below.

- If your product is unavailable and you do not wish to wait till it is back in stock then we will provide you with a full refund.
